John Atkins

John Atkins is CEO of The Kemnal Academies Trust (TKAT), a successful chain of primary and secondary academies. He was highly successful as the  Headteacher of Kemnal Technology College. 

John has been an NLE since 2006 and believes that the way to raise standards is through school to school support, underpinned by a comprehensive programme of continual professional development.  He has wide and successful experience in school improvement across a number of schools.  He believes that every student in a TKAT academy should only experience good and outstanding teaching. John is a founder member of TKAT and is on the TKAT Board.
