Our Community Chat and Support Sessions we believe will be the most beneficial sessions within this 10 week menopause program. In a  virtual safe space, in small groups, you will be able to talk to other colleagues if you choose about your experiences and benefit from knowing you are not alone. You will be able to network, reflect on the previous sessions attended, learn from others and talk about strategies to cope with symptoms. Don't worry, your small breakout rooms will not fall into silence, your specialist Menohealth leader will be there as support and will get the conversation started.
