Celebration of Remembrance Day has begun within the TKAT Family of schools.

Members of the ‘Our Connecting Forces’ group at Miltoncross Academy, Portsmouth have started fundraising efforts already; they are raising money for the Royal British Legion by making hot chocolate on Mondays and Tuesday throughout November after school.

At Kemnal Technology College, Sidcup, in preparation for Remembrance Day, two Year 10 students have created a lovely poppy garden at the front of the school. They will be selling poppies to raise funds for the Royal British Legion.

Lots of other fundraising activities and events will be held throughout schools in our Trust to mark Remembrance Day and to teach the importance of remembering those servicemen and women who fought and gave their lives during wartime  - Lest we forget.
