Job Summary

TKAT (The Kemnal Academies Trust) is one of the largest Multi-Academy Trusts in the South of England with over 40 Primary and Secondary Academies in the TKAT Family.

We are currently looking for a Head of School who will use their leadership experience to ensure that our primary school continues to develop and provide a first- class educational experience for all children.

This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who can convincingly demonstrate that s/he will work with the Executive Headteacher to determine a clear and inspiring vision and supporting strategy with a track record of:

  • Raising educational standards
  • Improving the quality of teaching and learning
  • Setting high expectations for self and others
  • Wanting the very best for all pupils
  • Being highly self-motivated and making a real difference to children’s lives
  • Working collaboratively to get the very best out of all members of the school community
