Ore Village Primary Academy is a school that has transformed in the last couple of years. We were graded as ‘Good’ by Ofsted in 2018 who said, ‘Pupils, parents and staff are overwhelmingly positive about the changes made and the positive impact that these are having. A parent summed up the views of many, saying: ‘Wonderful school, amazing staff, very happy children.’
Our curriculum is innovative, challenging and fun to teach; our pupils enjoy learning and are proud of their achievements. We value the wider curriculum and have dedicated art room, dance/drama studio and music area. We have a forest school, live band and regularly take children to engage in off-site learning opportunities such as fishing, art workshops, sports and music events.
Our teachers benefit from:
· Excellent CPD opportunities
· Children who are motivated to learn
· A supportive environment that will allow you to be your best

You would have specific responsibility and accountability for the day-to-day management and organisation of your TLR area. You’ll need to be not only an excellent classroom practitioner but also someone who is keen to have an impact on learning beyond your classroom. The experience of leading a core subject would be an advantage.
