TKAT PUPILS AT THOMAS BENNETT COMMUNITY COLLEGE INTERVIEWED FOR VIRTUAL TOUR

Posted on 14th October 2020

TKAT pupils at Thomas Bennett Community College recently took part in the making of a virtual tour film at their school. Students were interviewed on camera and gave their thoughts about the feedback system at the school, pastoral care and subject support.

The film was made in response to the current COVID-19 restrictions which make visitng the school difficult.

It is hoped that the virtual tour, which also features interviews with the Headteacher and his team, will help give prospective pupils and their parents a flavour of what the school can offer.

Headteacher Stuart Smith said: “This is such an exciting time to be part of Thomas Bennett and we welcome all students from the surrounding area. The past two years have seen huge successes for the school, including the best set of GCSE and A-level results in the school’s recent history as well as a very positive visit from Ofsted.”

He added: “Students take pride in their own success and their school. Staff work together and are firmly committed to improving the life chances of their students.”
