Overview:

Empower managers to put wellbeing at the heart of their leadership approach

Managers today face growing pressures — balancing their own workload, managing rising demands, and navigating ongoing uncertainty, all while supporting the wellbeing of their teams. Many feel underprepared and lack the skills or confidence to have meaningful conversations about mental health.

Mental Health Skills for Managers gives managers at all levels the tools to have meaningful conversations about mental health and wellbeing – enabling individuals, teams, and the wider organisation to thrive.

This course will build on your current experience and provide a practical structure around the conversations you may be already having.

Learning outcomes

  • - Describe mental health and the impact of stress on employees in the workplace
  • - Identify if a team member may be experiencing poor mental health

  • - Respond empathetically to challenging situations related to mental health in the workplace
