Target Audience:

Members of the Secondary Maths Team with a TLR positions, such as: 2i/c, Maths LPs, KS Leads. In addition, the programme offer can be extended to anyone who is aspiring to become a maths leader in the future.

Overview:

One Year Training Programme cycle. Split into six termly sessions: 

Starting in Term 6 of 2023/2024.

Programme to include the following areas:

1. Medium to Long Term Planning. Intent/Implement/Impact (F2F). (Term 6 - 4th July 2024)

2. Developing Leadership skills (online - date to be confirmed)

3. Curriculum Development and implementation. (F2F - date to be confirmed).

4. Data. Monitoring, tracking and making informed decisions. (Online - date to be confirmed).

5. Working with others (above and below) (F2F - date to be confirmed).

6. Reflection. (Online - date to be confirmed)

Please note you are booking to attend all 6 sessions over the course of a year. 3 face to face and 3 virtual
