Steve Dickman (Director of Finance and Ops) and David Churchill (Director of Governance) are running a training session on methods and tools, such as the financial management pack, to help governors monitor, challenge and support their schools on expenditure against budget. The training will also focus on progress from the Equitable Funding working group.
