Meet the Trustees

Elaine has 20 years of experience in Human Resources across a number of different businesses and regions.  She joined Thomson Reuters in 2012 and now leads the global HR function for Technology supporting over 13,000 employees. 

Prior to this she worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch for 13 years and held a number of senior HR positions throughout the company and around the world.  During that time she worked with the Global Markets business, the Asia Technology team where she led the HR team supporting the build out and growth of the Technology and Operations service centre in Singapore and then became the Global Head of HR for Technology through the Bank of America acquisition. 

Elaine started her career in HR in fashion retail in London.  The part of her role she is most passionate about is helping individuals maximise their potential and she is delighted to join the Board of TKAT.
