Any member of staff involved in instructional coaching.

 

Overview:

Instructional coaching is a form of teacher development based on an approach to observation and follow-up feedback conversations.  It is a practical way for middle and senior leaders to improve the effectiveness of teachers.

This workshop will introduce staff to the TKAT model of instructional coaching with the aim of improving teaching and learning in schools.

This workshop will compliment the use of Steplab in schools.

 

Attendees MUST wear their school ID badge at all times. The school will not allow entry to anyone who doesn't have their school badge.
