This session will ensure that mentors are fully prepared and equipped to support their trainee through the final assessment process.

• What is the role of the mentor and PM in the final assessment process?
• What does good evidence look like for the trainee?
• How to use the Teacher Standards in the final assessment process
• Creating appropriate targets for ECT 1
• Preparing for the viva

Additional Information:

This is an online training session. Your must use your own device (not shared with anyone else) with a working camera and microphone. This should be in a quiet area where you can speak and take part in breakout sessions.
