Target Audience:

Mandatory for All mentors and PMs for 2026-27

 

Overview:

There are a choice of three sessions for all mentors and PMs to attend to support you with the knowledge and skills needed for effective mentoring in 2026-27. This session will include:

 

  • The role of the mentor and key expectations
  • Programme Structure and Curriculum alignment
  • Mentoring and feedback skills
  • Target-setting and action steps
  • Wellbeing and support

 

Additional Information:

This is an online training session. Your must use your own device (not shared with anyone else) with a working camera and microphone. This should be in a quiet area where you can speak and take part in breakout sessions.
