Events and Bookings

This is the eighth session of what is a 10-week online programme arranged by TKAT, facilitated by Menohealth in order to support, raise awareness and learn together about the menopause. These sessions are just 30 minutes long and all employee’s male and female are welcome to attend. It would be great if you could sign up to attend the remaining 2 sessions however this is not mandatory. During each session employees will also be able to ask the experts questions and therefor due to some topics being of sensitive nature sessions are not recorded.

Session 8 - Genitourinary symptoms of menopause:

Don’t suffer in silence, in the session we gain understanding more about vaginal dryness/atrophy, UTIs (urinary tract infections) and libido and the impact on health, wellbeing and relationships. We also look at staying strong: vital resistance exercises for muscle strength and tone – the key to healthy ageing. Remember to sign up to the next session if you haven’t done so already.
