Target Audience:

TKAT ACE Tutors who have completed the initial training and had some experience of tutoring.

 

Overview:

An update for experienced TKAT ACE tutors.  This session explores the active ingredients of TKAT ACE - the things that make the programme effective.  It is based on the experience over the last 3 years and wider research.  It will help Tutors identify areas in the practice that are already strong and help them understand why.  It will also help Tutors to identify where they could improve their practice.  The session will focus on building and sustaining relationships and championing pupils as well as the importance of CPD and robust evaluation.
