TKAT celebrates its best ever primary results

We are absolutely delighted that our Year 6 children achieved the Trust's best ever primary results in the summer.

Our results were significantly above national outcomes.

71% of TKAT pupils reached the expected standard in reading, writing and maths, compared to the national average of 62%.

And the number of our pupil premium children making the expected standard increased to 57%, which is 11ppts above the national average of 46% for 2024.

This is testament to the ambition, determination and hard work of our children, their families and our school teams.

Neil Small, TKAT's Senior Director for Primaries, said:

"I am so proud of our Year 6 children and their results. I was proud of last year's results, and the leap forward this year is even more exceptional. Our school leaders and their teams work so hard to support every pupil in their care. They deserve our sincere thanks for everything they do for their schools and their local communities."
