Meeting the royal family

Last week, Ms Wilson attended the Royal Garden Party at Buckingham Palace in recognition of her outstanding contribution to education after more than 25 years at Kemnal's Thomas Bennett Community College in Crawley. 

Accompanied by Vegas, her Hearing Dog, she had the honour of meeting King Charles, Queen Camilla and The Princess Royal with the pair becoming stars of the event and featuring across national media! 

Ms Wilson continues to be a passionate advocate for disability awareness, especially invisible disabilities, proving that nothing should stand in the way of achieving your dreams.
