Mandatory for All mentors and PMs for 2026-27

 

Overview:

Programme Leads are running regional training for mentors and PMs so please attend at the appropriate hub. We would encourage and welcome all mentors and PMs to attend the face-to-face sessions in your region however there is an alternative online option for the training. We do ask that all NEW mentors/PMs for 2026-27 attend in person. The session is designed to support you with the knowledge and skills needed for effective mentoring in 2026-27. This session will include:

 

  • The role of the mentor and key expectations
  • Programme Structure and Curriculum alignment
  • Mentoring and feedback skills
  • Effective use of Mosaic
  • Target-setting and action steps
  • Wellbeing and support
