Mandatory for All mentors and PMs for 2026-27

 

For the online sessions:

An alternative online version of the mentor training for 2026-27 can be accessed by any mentors and PMs who cannot attend the in-person session in your region. This session is for experienced mentors and PMs and all new mentors and PMs should attend in-person. This session is designed to support you with the knowledge and skills needed for effective mentoring in 2026-27. This session will include:

  • The role of the mentor and key expectations
  • Programme Structure and Curriculum alignment
  • Mentoring and feedback skills
  • Effective use of Mosaic
  • Target-setting and action steps
  • Wellbeing and support

 

Additional Information:

This is an online training session. Your must use your own device (not shared with anyone else) with a working camera and microphone. This should be in a quiet area where you can speak and take part in breakout sessions.
