Overview:

This training is for any Governor who has recently become Chair or Vice-Chair, or for Governors interested in taking on these roles.  There will be 2 sessions, both must be attended.

  • Part 1 will focus on the Leadership of Governance, what LGBs need to do to make a difference.  (08/06/2026)
  • Part 2 will focus on the management of Governance, what processes on procedures LGBs need to have in place. (17/06/2026)
