This online workshop is for secondary school staff in any role, who would like to know more about supporting pupils who experience anxiety. It shares practical strategies to support young people presenting with signs and symptoms of anxiety in school.

Overview:

• Consider the current landscape around anxiety in children
• To understand what anxiety is, what causes it and how it can present in children
• Practical ways to support children presenting with symptoms of anxiety

Additional Information:

This is an online training session. Your must use your own device (not shared with anyone else) with a working camera and microphone. This should be in a quiet area where you can speak and take part in breakout sessions.
