Meet the Team

The TKAT ACE team is dedicated to ensuring that every school within the trust is fully supported in meeting the needs of all children and families. Working across our 45 schools, the team plays a vital role in strengthening ACE provision through collaboration, guidance, and ongoing professional development.

The team is led by Mike Garlick, Director of Inclusion and Attendance, who provides strategic leadership for inclusion and attendance across the trust.

He is supported by Tanya Cornish, ACE and Attendance Strategy Lead, who drives the development and implementation of effective TKAT ACE and attendance strategies.

Working closely alongside them are our regional leads, Bev Iles and Robyn Buisson, who provide hands-on support to schools through regular visits, communication, and tailored guidance.

Together, the team works in close partnership with schools to deliver high-quality support, share best practice, and provide CPD opportunities. Their collaborative approach ensures that TKAT ACE continues to make a meaningful impact for pupils and families across all settings.
