Our Vision

TKAT ACE is a unique and innovative pastoral mentoring programme designed to support pupils who need it most. As part of TKAT’s commitment to champion every child, the programme plays a vital role in helping disadvantaged learners overcome barriers to success.

Through TKAT ACE, each pupil is paired with a dedicated, specially trained 1:1 tutor who works closely with both the pupil and their family. This consistent support helps build strong, trusting relationships and ensures regular contact that makes a real difference.

The programme focuses on breaking down barriers to progress, supporting pupils not only in their academic achievement but also in their social and emotional development. By working in partnership with families, TKAT ACE helps create the right conditions for every child to thrive.
