Sadeea Magee

Sadeea Magee is Chief People Officer and joined Kemnal Schools in July 2024.

A Fellow of the CIPD, Sadeea has over 15 years’ experience in people leadership across large, complex organisations, with particular strength in building people strategies that connect culture, leadership, workforce capability and organisational performance.

Before joining Kemnal, Sadeea worked across the private sector, consulting and central government. Earlier in her career, she held roles in marketing and operational leadership, giving her a broad commercial and organisational perspective beyond the people profession.
