Louise Sargeant is a dynamic finance executive with extensive experience driving turnaround strategies and financial sustainability across the education, charity, and NGO sectors.

A fellow of CIMA with an MBA in Higher Education Management, Louise specialises in designing robust governance models, leading complex system upgrades, and executing structural cost-efficiency programmes. 

From managing billion-pound capex portfolios to delivering rapid refinancing and recovery plans she has consistently left a legacy of operational excellence. Passionate about values-driven leadership, Louise also actively serves as a mentor for Women in Leadership.
